Self-care Sundays Women's Group

Do you long for a time where you can tune into your self in a safe container and listen to your soul's guidance?  Do you love the company of other women and want to be witnessed and seen with love and acceptance right where you're at?  Do you feel a need to connect with the earth and its natural cycles, tuning into the cycles of your own body?

Join me for a 12-week series starting Sunday August 9 where we will sit together in silence, tune into our bodies and our hearts, share nourishing meals, witness each other's transformation, and honor and pray for the earth together.

In the series we will be drawing upon the teaching of Dr. Christiane Northrup (acclaimed New York Times best-selling author of "Women's Bodies, Women's Wisdom") and her Steps for Creating Vibrant Health.  

The group will meet at my home in East Richmond Heights, near North Berkeley and El Cerrito.  The property has an expansive view of the entire bay with many areas on the property to nest, rest, gather, and rejuvenate your soul.

We will meet every other Sunday from August 9 - October 18, from 10am-1pm and includes a light lunch, 3 private 1-1 coaching sessions.

Cost is $350 if paid in full up front or $35 per session.
