Benorden Wellness (soon to be Jupiter Massage and Wellness) is a holistic health and wellness company offering massage therapy, weight-loss and dietary support, vitamins for overall vitality, a botanical clean and green skin-care line, and women's groups for personal and spiritual development.

My intention with my company is to support people to be their most vibrant, vital, alive selves so that they can enjoy their lives and achieve their greatest ambitions.  Why not?!!!

To accomplish this I rely on 18 years of experience as a massage therapist, 15 years studying shamanic arts and women's group facilitation, pharmaceutical-grade vitamins; clean and green skin-care; programs to support low-glycemic eating; an on-going blog and facebook page; and seasonal in-person women's groups.
